Easter 2019 At Temple Sowerby

Friday 19 April
Your complimentary glass of prosecco will be chilled and ready for your arrival.

Check in to your room, which will not only have a wide screen tv, free high speed wi-fi and hospitality tray, but your special gift of a Rituals toiletry travel pack.

Pick up your Easter egg clues and hunt through the garden for your golden egg, whilst taking the time to see the garden come to life at the start of a new season. We’ve even started work on a new section of the garden which we’re calling snowdrop walk.

After a relaxing afternoon, settle in at the bar before dining in either our conservatory restaurant or our oak beamed private dining room complete with roaring log fire. where a 3 course à la carte meal awaits, together with a bottle of house wine per couple.

Saturday 20 April
Enjoy a delicious breakfast, cooked to order from our extensive breakfast menu featuring classics such as the full English, scrambled egg and smoked salmon, eggs Benedict or a bowl of our delicious home-made granola.

Pick up your packed lunch and cool bag and choose from a variety of recommended walks to see the best that the Eden Valley has to offer. When you return, there will be a liqueur hot chocolate and one of Jack’s freshly baked cookies waiting for you.

As the evening arrives and the candles are lit, canapes will be served before a 4 course tasting menu with wine flight, all included in the price of this special weekend package.

Sunday 21 April
It’s an opportunity to sample another breakfast before making your way home, complete with a bag of “The House” granola.
